Meet Cassi

Cassi is a PMP-certified strategic initiative consultant who helps growing companies turn big, complicated business decisions into successful execution. She steps in when an important initiative needs experienced leadership, but the people capable of owning it already have full-time jobs.

She’s known for simplifying complexity, building trust across people with different priorities, and seeing the pieces others may not realize they need to think about yet. Her experience spans complex technology implementations, product and marketing launches, operational change, and cross-functional initiatives across public-sector, enterprise, and growing business environments.

Outside of work, Cassi is an Iowa-based mom, lifelong learner, and firm believer that the best systems are built for real life, not perfect conditions. When she isn’t untangling a complicated initiative, you’ll probably find her with a book, a knitting project, or dreaming up her next big idea.
